No change this century and some of last. Now there’s lots of WEEDS

On 7/20/23 Meeting Randall Management reported the cost to fix the tennis courts at $90,000. There’s been no maintenance or upkeep on the courts for 30 YEARS. With neglect comes a price just as it would on your house, car or health. Those are the original nets from 1990. But there’s never a budget constraint when it comes to the pool. Pickle Ball courts could be marked out on the tennis courts for the enjoyment of both.
